Chris Godfrey
Principal – Studies | Director
Christopher leads Haul’s early-stage project work, specialising in concept development, fit-for-purpose feasibility and delivery strategy. He brings a strong understanding of how early decisions translate into real delivery outcomes, helping clients define problems clearly, test practical options and move projects forward with confidence.
Christopher has worked across mining, civil and infrastructure projects in Western Australia, supporting owners through study phases, option selection and approval processes. His focus is on clarity, realism and ensuring projects are set up to succeed before significant capital is committed.
Stephen Oliver
Principal – Projects | Director
Stephen leads Haul’s project delivery and execution capability, with a background in managing and delivering complex civil, mining and infrastructure works. He specialises in owner-side project management, superintendent roles and delivery leadership — particularly in constrained, remote and high-pressure environments.
Stephen is hands-on in the field and closely involved with project teams, bringing practical sequencing, constructability and risk management to every stage of delivery. Clients value his calm, decisive approach and his ability to keep projects moving efficiently without unnecessary process or overhead.
