Stockpile Recovery Study & Trial Mining
Feasibility, delivery strategy and trial mining works to assess and recover a legacy bauxite stockpile across multiple land and stakeholder interfaces.

A legacy bauxite stockpile located on a neighbouring operation’s mining lease presented a potential recovery opportunity, subject to cost, logistics, approvals and delivery risk. The project required early clarity on viable recovery routes, mining methods and stakeholder approvals before committing to full-scale operations.
